Unfortunately some banks fail to process credit card when it is paid over the Internet.
ASSIST (www.assist.ru) presents the transaction to the bank according to Payment Schemes requirements.
ASSIST complies with PCI DSS for VISA, Master Card and with AMEX certification requirements.
Unluckily some banks do not meet these requirements. And therefore refuse the payment. The reason can be either bank lacks of according technology or its principal decision not to process e-commerce transactions.
