PRICES

As one might expect, flower prices naturally fluctuate according to season and region. The price of Fleurop-Interflora bouquets and arrangements is therefore based on the day’s price of the florist shop arranging the delivery.

The prices given in the Fleurop-Interflora Flower Market include the florist’s local delivery charge and local VAT or sales tax.

Prices are fixed in Russian Rubles. If your credit card company invoices in a different currency, they will calculate the price based on their official daily exchange rate.

FLOWERS

Flowers are seasonal products, and some varieties will therefore not always be available at florists, including the Fleurop-Interflora online Flower Market.

We are unable to guarantee permanent availability of specific flowers at every florist shop worldwide, especially if orders are received at short notice.

A Fleurop-Interflora bouquet may thus look slightly different to that shown in the online shop. However, every Fleurop-Interflora bouquet is a work of art, freshly composed especially for you in one of our premium Fleurop-Interflora shops, and you may rest assured that every effort will be made to match the color and shape of the bouquet shown in the online picture. Flowers that are delivered with a vase are clearly indicated. Other flowers are delivered without a vase.

GIFTS

We offer a wide range of gifts such as balloons, teddy bears, chocolate, vine, gourmet baskets, fruits and others.

You can add directly supplementary items, which are available for a country of delivery during the ordering process.

If the item you wish to add is not presented in the web shop, please contact us to check if the delivery of such item is available.

If you wish to add a supplementary gift or change the flower item after the order is confirmed, kindly email us at least 48 hours prior the delivery date. Depending on the time of the order change, the delivery may not be possible on the same day. If the order has already been processed by the flower shop, your change may not be approved.

SPECIAL GIFTS DELIVERY

All goods which are offered for country are sent by insured carrier and can be dispatched or delivered on any day Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays. We are using only leading shipping companies such as Fedex, TNT or DHL who will deliver this gift to your recipient on the requested delivery date. If your recipient is not at home, we will leave a message at the door. All deliveries are attempted at least twice.

The delivery is 24 - 48 hrs maximum. The price shown includes delivery charges.
